It was a full moon over the weekend. I don’t have a big zoom lens, so this was the best I could do. you just have to trust me that I’m not focused at a spot light and that really is the moon.
Really.
I took the photo of the moon on my way to work yesterday.
On the way home from work tonight, I took this photo:
I see this view every day on my commute.
Well, not every day, because nine months out of the year, that is hidden under a sea of grey clouds. But of the ninety-odd clear days that we have that are relatively smog and smoke-free, I see this.
I don’t get to see very many full moons, either.
So I decided to combine them:
A little photo-shop works.
Did you know that NASA is going to bomb the moon? I’m not sure that even makes sense: what if they knock it out of its orbit?
What if it is really made of cheese?
What if they make the Man in the Moon angry?
What if they hit the cow jumping over the moon instead?
There are so many “what ifs”! I probably won’t be able to sleep tonight because I will be worried that the moon won’t be there tomorrow.
